Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible, products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or misuse may not qualify for return or exchange.
In the event of receiving an incorrect product, damaged item, or manufacturing defect, customers should contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
Refunds are processed after the returned product passes our quality inspection. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on banking and payment provider timelines. Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery fees, and other service charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
